Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at airdreammarketing@gmail.com
so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
This applies in addition to the standard return policy outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days
